Tournament particulars
- Each player will have an index card in the Medieval Tournament box in the Richardson Room (boardgaming room) at the convention. Create your own for your first game, by simply putting your full name on the top line of the card.
- You may play any other player in the tournament, using any of the three games. However, you may only play each opponent once using the same side in the same game. For instance, Joe can play Harry in HotS if Joe is the Scots. He can play Harry again at HotS but only if Joe uses the British.
- Once the game is played to conclusion, each player will make an entry on their card, one entry per line. List the game played, the time finished, and the opponent. Then mention who won.
- For a game to count, it must be entered on the cards of both players in the tournament!
- All games begun after 1:00 Friday afternoon and finished by 12:00 Saturday night will count, but be sure that you have your info entered on both your card and your opponents.
- Sunday Morning at the Boardgame Tournaments Wrap-up - held at 9:30 in the Richardson Room, the winners of the boardgame tournaments will be announced.
- No advance sign up is necessary - just create your player card when you play your first game.
- Points awarded are as follows: For a win, 3 points. For a loss, 2 points.
- If the win is by Instant Victory criteria (all three games have conditions for Instant Win), then the victor receives an additional point - make this clear on your tournament player card when you record results.
- For an incomplete game, as long as both players agree, there is 1 point awarded to each.
